So in trying to contact an agent system asks for the actual date I started with Public. WHO KNOWS THIS EXACT INFO. LIKE I JUST SAID IN PREVIOUS POST THIS IS REDICULOUS AND IF THERE IS AN AGENT MONITORING THIS PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO HOW BAD THIS COMP...
I purchased the Canada Wide Talk Booster 500 thinking I was topping up my Canada phone minutes. The fee came off my C/C, I didn't get a receipt from Public and I am out of minutes. COME ON PUBLIC MOBILE THIS IS GETTING REALLY BAD.
I am trying to enter an address change and the system is telling me that I am using an INVALID CITY. I know what city I am in.
I have just purchased my phone and thought I had everything set up with Public Mobile, but, I am still not able to make/receive calls....HELP
