Someone changed the SIM on my account and is getting all my calls and texts. I need this fixed ASAP. Can anyone help???? At least disable it right away until I can sort it out via PM???
My last bill I had $60 coming off every 3 months (20 referrals) but suddenly this cycle I'm down to just $9 (3 referrals). I don't think 17 people have suddenly quit the service so I'm wondering if this is happening to anyone else or what has happene...
This morning during the maintenance my add on data disappeared and when I go to look up my data usage it's all gone. Looking at my usage during this cycle on my phones I shouldn't have used up my add in data. Anyone know how to see my day by day data...

@BeachNBeer do what happens to my pre-pay? Since it's a prepaid plan I assumed I could finish off my current term at least with a different number. I know I won't get a refund since it's prepaid, but does my remaining time just vanish?
@AE_Collector I'm moving to Bell actually. They do my cable and internet. I was on WIND before Public and PM is SO MUCH BETTER than freedom, no contest. Coverage wins that battle haha.

@BeachNBeer it wasn't a port luckily (because I actually was planning to port my number this week haha). Just them activating a new SIM I guess via getting into my self serve.
