i have a spare sim card from public mobile, I tried to register a new account. it won't let me. how come??? i tried few credit cards, none working.

How DO I understand your bills and credits

I still have credits, but still be charged to my credit card. your billing is quite hard to understand. is there a phone number that I can call????
