@Yummy - just informational, but my wife (before moving to PM) had Telus and no data at all (she had all data blocked on both her phone and from the Telus side as well) and she was able to MMS when using only WIFI...did it for years.
Go into the Messages app on your phones and compare the settings (go into the three dots area, and settings). There are some setting there "Enable Chat Features" etc. that may be set differently on the two devices...
Thanks for asking.... After getting hold of a CS rep, I was able to also get the 2GB monthly bonus added properly as well. My wife's phone added it automatically, but mine required manual intervention. Seems all good now... Just waiting for the holi...
