Lately I have a lot of dropped calls and very poor reception, breaking up, etc.  My partner who uses Public Mobile as well, is having the same issue.  When we were with Bell Mobility this never happened.  Can you please provide an explanation.
Since activating my account July 21, 2021 it appears that my actual date in which my payment is taken out of my bank account ( I have auto payment) has changed substantially. Each month the withdraw happens on a different date, currently my Feb payme...
Why is my account suspended? I am set up for automatic monthly payments.
