That's not so bad, yes it is annoying, but once this was happening to me and I got a random call from someone who thought I was a vet able to get rid of their deceased cat...
I didn't switch to the point system just because I have already been with public for 4 years and have a lot of loyalty dollars off a month and auto pay and referrals. Seemed pointless for me.
