@Shazia_K I successfully activated my account with a temporary phone number. I want to port my Koodo phone number as soon as possible. Is it safe to port my number using self serve, or do you need to do it manually for me?
I'm trying to create a new account, but I've been stuck on step 5 for 30 minutes.The screen still reads "Please wait while your activation is processed."The form states this may take a minute, but it has been half an hour and counting.
I stand corrected. Koodo does have eSIMs but the process is annoying since you need a regular SIM first. "To move one of your phone numbers to an eSIM, purchase an eSIM voucher at your nearest Koodo store and complete a SIM swap using Self Serve."
what phone do you have? let us know and we can help you adjust your settings for next time. even if you use any carrier in Canada, you may still have problems with roaming in the US until you change the settings on your device.
Let us know what your new phone and old phone are and perhaps we can help further. Definitely an issue with the new phone given that your SIM works on the old phone.
