As of today March 2nd I am unable to make any outgoing calls. The message is 6MUI number is not in use.What is going on? My account is in a credit balance so I have paid my last bill.
My calls are going straight to voice mail. It never rings and the settings on my phone have been checked by three different techs with no success. Can someone please help me.
I have shut down the phone and tried again but still not able to make any calls to people on my contact list.I imagine the same goes for incoming calls too.
My account is active. Showing a credit of 50.00. I have shut my phone off and then on again, and called 5 different contacts but still, get the same message. I am at a loss for what to do!
