I tried changing my plan, but it tells me I don’t have enough funds in my account. I am on auto pay, so there are no funds in my account.

Thanks everyone who replied. I saw at the bottom of the change plan request, there was a option to renew at my next invoice date. I selected that, and it changed.Appreciate the help!
