I had no service for 7 hours today while PM was having issues with my Visa debit card, nonetheless I'm not sure if I missed any text messages while my account was deactivated. How do I push through these text messages?
Account is deactivated because autopay on my VISA Debit failed; however I've confirmed that there are enough funds present (with tax), and I've re-entered the card details numerous times. I've also tried on different browsers. Any suggestions?
They can see the authorization coming through, but they say it's not completing for an unknown reason. They say it's the business' error, so I'm hoping PM can clear something up on their end.
