I topped up my service today and changed to the exact same plan but at a lower rate. Payment went through on my end, PM says line is active yet I do not have service. Put a service ticket, still waiting to be contacted
I tranfered my number over to PM. Not did I get the wrong plan but I am not able to send or receive any text msg. I get notification that I must add this but it included in the plan. Email PM 4 times and no reply. What am I to do????
