Hi,I received the message welcome to Public Mobile, but my phone is not working. I tried to insert SIM a few times and to reboot the phone.I can not send or recive texts, talk or data is not working.
Hi, thanks for the reply.It is Iphone XR. There is no "Public Mobile" on top of the screen. I was with Telus and my servece is canceled and I received the message "Welcome to Public Mobile". Tryed the previous advice and it is not working.
