A bit frustrated spent over an hour filling in information online. Paid, IMEI good . . .can't make a call. Please help!!!

Hi, I ordered a SIM card. How do I know where it is in the process. We should have received it by now..

Thank you for your response. Phone still not working. Frustrated because bought the phone based on the fact public mobile said imei is good. Phone is a Samsung galaxy j1 6. So I am paying for a service that I have not been able to use....
