I ordered a SIM card on July 5th and it it now August 12th and it has not arrived. This is ridiculous. How can I go about getting a refund or getting it sent again?
My order number is 121953.

Unfortunately, we do not offer tracking numbers. The SIM should arrive in 5 business days after it was ordered, but we are experiencing a delay due to a high volume. Please expect it by next week.
