i tried to purchase a used phone on the public mobile website but when i reached the payment section it told me that my email was not in the database.  i am able to log into my account on the main page.  my email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
i ordered a the $10 "triple punch" sim card and only received a single micro card.  my phone is an LG G5 and it uses a nano card.  what do i do now?
will i be able to move my existing cell number to public mobile?
