My son has a PM $10 plan (no longer available).  I would like to transfer my phone (on Bell) to his plan and he would like to upgrade to the $15 plan.  I don't know where to start or even if this can be done.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My on line balance says $0 but my credit card (auto pay) was charged.  Why?
