Last month I recieved a text message asking if I wanted to switch my plan to $40 - 15 GB data at 4G Speed.  I opted for the plan and it said changes would take effect upon renewal.  My Plan renewed on Nov 06th and the new plan nor speed has not kicke...

I have 8.5 GB of data and Public Mobile tells me I went over my data but why did you not slow it down instead of leaving me without for 2 weeks. This is very frustrating. I left wind mobile to come to you and I have never been without data until now....
