Do you know what the issues were?  I had a roaming plan for a month (when it was available) and never had any issues with Talk, Text and Data.  I travelled to Maine, New Hamshire and Vermont.

I ran in to the same issue when I tried to register.  Nothing worked until I ran my browser in Incognito mode.  Worked first time.  Hopefully this helps.
