343 (Ottawa Area Code) cannot be reached with an Ontario provincial Plan

This happens on my phone also . They can call me but I can’t call them back !  So what should we do look for a provider that works or are you going to fix it ?

did you try reboot your phone?

did you put 1 in front of the phone number?

were you able to call that area code before? or never?

@Lww- So did you try with the 1 in front? Do you get the recording that lets the call go through anyway?

What are you doing on a provincial plan still in this day and age? What plan are you on? What are you paying? Have you explored the recent offerings?

Nothing can be done for incoming calls; if outgoing to Ontario don't connect contact the CSAs. Though likely one of the current plans is a better value and would include Canada wide calling.
