HI @Alexandf So, we can send CS agent a message to get my full year for free?
HI @J_PM is that an unadvertised deal ? May I get my full year free as well? or just an experience Community member putting in her wish here?

@rachel-morrison you got a free sim card that says Public Mobile on it?
If so, you are lucky. Welcome to Public Mobile. I am not sure how you got the luck to get a free sim card, but since you have one, why not just job.
No. No Fee. No activation fees at least. It is just a prepaid service.
Since you got it from the bank, make sure you get a bank credit card first. Activation requires a credit card issued by Canadian bank (or US). So, it is best to get the credit card first.
Next, go to activate.publicmobile.ca. You can activate any plans from $15 and up. No contract. If you don't like it, just don't pay anymore and you can shop for a new provider (and hopefully your bank agent can get you another free sim card)
No, there is no number to call. Everything is easy here. You have a question, you post here and people will all try to help
Have fun, enjoy, post more questions if you have any

Oh, well from your first post @rachel-morrison , you say your bank gave you free sim cards? And they were Public Mobile ones?
You can activate the sim's here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation
But you need to pay for a prepaid plan. Not sure how your bank would cover one free year of services. Did they provide you with Public Mobile vouchers?

@rachel-morrison , what does this have to do with Public Mobile?
