cant activate asian esim

I ordered an sim from Hollowly but says qr code cant be activated. Is there a code from Public Mobile?

it won't be a problem with PM.  But you can also try to disable PM sim card and install and enable the Hollowly esim.  Most phones only allow 1 activate sim (although you can install multiple esim , but just one active)

Sorry but this isn't a Public Mobile issue. This should be discussed with Hollowly customer service.

FYI I thought you may have spelled it incorrectly so I linked to Holafly. Hope that was correct. Never heard of Hollowly

Public Mobile does use eSIM but you should also check your phone and make sure you can have more than one eSIM as you don't want to erase your Public Mobile eSIM if you have one.

PM does not block you from installing other esim.   It could be your phone problem or problem with Hollowly

Check with Hollowly first
