Yum I just made breakfast....

Spicy pan fried tiger prawns and brussel sprouts w/ basmati rice and caesar salad.
Pan seared halibut w/sauteed asparagus, bell pepper, red onion on basmati rice.
Chicken thighs, baked sweet potato and russet potato cubes and green salad

Back to salad....gee can you tell I had to use up all of the asparagus I bought last week?
Tuna salad w/roasted asparagus, pickled beans, hot peppers, feta, boiled egg, red onion on romaine lettuce.
