My MC Debit is being charged monthly for an account that I don't have. I need a refund and can't figure out how to reach someone to get this sorted out!!

If you don't have an account, It sounds like someone may have unauthorized access to your credit/Debit card.
Something like this would be best reported to your bank. If it was an unauthorized online charge, as it would be in this case, They can submit a claim under your customer protection. You may want to freeze that card and get a new one as a precaution as well.

@Whateverworkseh , if you are being charged for a Lucky Mobile account incorrectly you need to take that up with Lucky Mobile. Public Mobile has nothing to do with that carrier brand.
