UMIDIGI GR Series and pictures in text messages.

I bought UMIDIGI G5 Series phone on Amazon. I use Koodo here in BC. Everything woks fine on the phone except it will not send or receive pictures in a text message. Is this a known problem? I've worked with Koodo and we have trouble shoot to learn it is a problem with the phone. Is this a known problem with this phone on Koodo?

It shouldn’t be a problem on PM or Koodo on 3G and 4G/LTE but check on the Koodo forum.
