Public Mobile here with an important update.

Starting October 30, 2025, your monthly plan will increase by $3 per month, going from $15 to $18 on your next renewal date.

must know you have to login account to change subscription plan yourself, otherwise PM charge you $18 but still provide 200MB/100min 3G plan

PM only automatically rise your bill to $18  from Nov , but keep old 2oo MB usage/100min call plan till you subscript its $18- 1GB/unlimited call plan in your account. I don't receive any message or email notice before Oct30 . If you don't find this issue, you will be charged more money with low service a lot of month

@barndoor1 as far as we understabd, it hat has nothing to do with it. The new $15 4G plan will see the $3 raise too

Are they not doing this to get rid of the 3g aspect ... just upgrading everyone to the minimum 4g plan whether you like it or not  ?

@Stevenb  No one knows when and if public will do price hike on plans , or devalue community rewards or friend refferlas , this is not the first time they had price hike in specific plans , they also got rid of legacy rewards , then devalued the points rewards , this after making data add on expiring after 30 days when used to be non expiring and charging the 911 fee .  So they will I’m sure continue to put the screws to use all when and where they see fit to do so . With all that said in my opinion best to get the most benefit for the same price I think it’s wise to go for the $18 plan with 1GB before they remove it .

What happens if I change my sub to the $18 plan with 1GB Data / Unlimited Talk & Text. Or is it going up in price also

Most in this same boat as us have decided it’s best to go into your account and make change for next renewal to the $18 plan with 1GB of data since price is the same , if you do nothing then price will still be $18 as you know and just have less data . That or shop around as public not the only game in town that offers $15 plan
