There is a description under each heading/section as to what should be discussed under that particular heading, ie: 'Getting Started' would cover questions related to issues/problems a new customer is having activating their account and needs advice and suggestions on how to proceed. Under 'Lounge' as it states under the heading, it's non PM related issues, and more of hobby, personal interest and perhaps comments that wouldn't fit under the other headings which deal with account/phone issues.
You can scroll through the different headings and questions posted there to get a feeling for what might be discussed in that section and how you may want to post questions and suggestions yourself.
