Hi @Anonymous   you probably should not say "need to change plan to getting Unlimited International Text and Picture Messaging"

there is no NEED here.  It's a personal choice.  Some customers here are not technical enough and would take advise like this literally.  You don't want to ask people to give up their grandfather plan without telling them the full story.

Probably you should say "might want to change"  and let them know there is no turning back.    Again, there is no NEED here, it is just an Option  🙂
