Is activating a phone plan considered an online purchase?
Cut and pasting the following—>>
The rules are different when shopping online – you DO have a legal right to change your mind. For most items, you have up to 14 days to notify them of a return, then up to 14 days after that to send it back.

@Immune Well it’s online purchase with public mobile as everything is done online , but public mobile is pre paid service and no refunds for changing your mind after the fact . Only circumstances that make a diffence is if one cannot activate then we saw people get refunds . But if you activate and use service for day or two and decide you don’t want it anymore then your outta luck , but can always try and ask support if the willing to make exception in your cause but there’s no guarantee they will refund you and don’t have to as it’s well known public is pre paid service and no refunds for such service
