Not Impressed the $24 plan is not offered to existing customers and losing our Loyalty Program!

I am Not Impressed the $24 plan is not offered to existing customers, this should be an automatic upgrade.  Pay more for the $25 plan and get less than new customers at $24 plan.  This truly makes no sense.  I see it has been offered like this for many months now.  This is a great way to lose customers.  Now the loyalty program is changing, I can get a better deal with PC Mobile.  Time for a switch!

This is an issue for a lot of people. Some complain and get it and some complain and are turned down. They need to just open the plan to the existing customers. There should be a reward or reason for customers to want to stay. I understand wanting to attract new customers but they should also be doing something to retain their existing customers. 

hi @LTD2023 @epwand some had success. So, try asking another day and hope a different agent will give you a different answers

I feel the same way. Good luck on 'politely' asking for it, I tried twice now and was  turned down. 🤕

Hey @epwand - Ask CS_Agent by clicking the little chat icon in the bottom right corner of any Public Mobile Community screen, type in "Submit a ticket" and ask if you can get the $24 4GB plan.

You will lose the rest of your month & there is a 50/50 chance of getting it.
