We need PM to actually introduce new bugs rather than fix existing ones.  Else the community will become a 👻 town.  Lol

@srlawren   Somehow I missed seeing that announcement today, but yeah l'm inclined to agree that it's "prolly" a coincidence, but I'll keep fingers crossed just in case 😊

@Luddite   I can see that definitely was one advantage of having 90 day plans, but I think it's long past the time for PM to have made autopay failure a non issue by now.  I'm quite surprised that a fix has not been done seeing how many times this seems to be an issue for customers. 

 

Tiana did mention on another thread that the tech dept might be looking into it, so fingers crossed! 😊
