I just wanted to state that of all the phone companies I have used Public Mobile is the best. Any issue I have had has been remedied quickly and rarely.
I do wonder about coverage. I pay for 4g but I get lte and it is very slow. I hope they improve on that. Otherwise I have no complaints.

I would have to disagree. Public Mobile screwed long time customers out off their prevoious rewards plan for the new one saying it was better, and that was a downright lie. They also give new customer better offers than the existing customers. An example is 3 times the points (that is $48.00 dollars in more points over one year), that what I would get if I joined Public Mobile now for the exact same plan that I am on. So they value new customers not the old customers. That is the most dissappointing thing to me about Public Mobile. Basically I find the mentallity to be just give us your money and go away. They should let their old customers out of this new rewards plan or at least make them closer.

I agree that it's nice that PM is so much cheaper than most others!
However, and I hope I'm allowed to share this, but this is a friendly reminder that PM is just a subsidiary of one of the big three Canadian telecoms, Tel*s. The plans are cheaper, but still a far-cry of what they should be.
Don't go too far into the relm of brand loyal complacency, because I don't doubt that this gravy train will gradually increase costs until it's only marginally better than Tel*s' own plans. Don't forget to shop around and remember that monopol*es in Canada are still a serious issue.

Good to hear that you are happy with PM! I have similar experience with PM but it is not for everyone due to the fact that it is all online service. So some computer experience is required and patience if there are any issues.
Note that 4G and LTE are the same.
Check the Cellular setting to see if 4G/LTE is selected.
