We wish it was that easy by just asking to stay on the Legacy Rewards but PM indicated out with the old and in with the new so all members will be switched over.

Old rewards are GONE forever or until PM reverses decision to switch everybody to points. Highly unlikely so we are stuck with points and higher mobility bill!

@Tivosk - On another note... if you submit a ticket to CS_Agent to stay with Legacy / Old rewards system they will say "Do you want to be removed from points and not have Legacy / Old Rewards?"

@Tivosk Sorry there’s no way to keep the old loyalty rewards . Everyone being moved to the lesser points rewards . Nothing more than a price hike on us loyal customers . Note im just a customer like you trying to help . Your listing to a community forum. If you want to let support know about your frustration on this issue please
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
