How to change username

I have entered mfarooqc@public.com as a username but it was no email address. How to change it.

A CSA, but if it is for your community username, as you can tell from many other ppl - your name doesn't really matter lol so unless you really want to change it badly for whatever reason, leaving it as is won't preclude you from getting the most out of the community

You're probably right @hairbag1 , you never know for sure unless it is spelled out for us.  🙂

Yes...I thought OP was inquiring about a Community username / password. Never thought he might mean Self Service account setup.

@mfarooqc  - are you talking about the your Community (see @hairbag1 post if so), or your Self Serve account?

 

If Self Serve, I am curious if you ever signed up yet for an account, since, as far as I know that does not look like a valid email address.

 

Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:

If for some reason, you did sign up for a self serve account and activate a SIM card under that email, then the only way to have it changed is to ask CSA to do it for you.

If you are talking about your self service username/email contact a CS Agent to have it changed.
