Hi,
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the forced switch to the new Rewards program. When I joined Public, several Public publications and posts assured me that the rewards program would be in place forever. Similarly, when the new rewards program was unveiled, Public mobile confirmed that the old rewards program would still be in place for existing customers.
On top of this, I did not receive any notification of this change, and only found out a few days ago when I went online to try and find why I had been granted a significant amount of bonus data. I strenuously object to this change to my plan's monthly price.

@SlackFiUni , the community consists primarily customers helping other customers. Complaining here doesn't do anything other than garner agreements from liked minded customers.
