Facebook account banned after switching to public mobile. Please help

Does public mobile use a built in proxy?   My Facebook account worked fine on my phone kn fizz before switching to public mobile.  

After switching to public mobile my Facebook account was automatically banned and only happened after I changed my sim to the public mobile sim card.   

Someone please help here

You might want to contact FB because I don’t have any issues.

No issues with facebook app on my phone or family members.  

Maybe logout of Facebook account, log back in.  Or re-install the Facebook app. 

Try a simple reboot of phone.
