Can I, as a resident of Russia, register a domain name with an international registrar. And at the same time, be able to replenish the account in ways convenient for me? For example, WebMoney, YouMoney or Qiwi. Or at least a cryptocurrency as a last resort. Suggest me suitable options.

Why are registrars not suitable in your country? But if it is a matter of principle to choose an international registrar, then you can check it, for example, at the https://pananames.com/ registrar. I saw that they accept WebMoney. Although I use other ways to fund my account.

 @Darleon : What ever on earth are you doing here? Shrug. Maybe somebody here would know. Have you started at the top registrars and drilled down specific countries and read all their terms and conditions.
