Bad experience

I switched over to the PM over from Bell. It's been a bad experience and I do not recommend using PM. No customer support to reach, and it's been a pain to find answers.

It's the selling point of public mobile. "lower cost" plans so u don't pay for the frills of the other mvno/carriers. But it's harder to justify when others have been offering similarly priced plans.

An agent will reply at your community inbox, envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages.

Unfortunately many places in PM's site direct customers to the chatbot/ticket system, which is currently broken making it look like there's no customer service.
