Paid for plan no service

My plan is 30-day plan $10. I paid the plan fee and activated it. After 3 days of use, I was suspended again, showing the arrears. This is my delivery record, why is the arrears displayed.

While you are waiting for the moderator to respond, you may try the lost/stolen phone trick:

To report your phone stolen. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait a few minutes. Report your phone found. Re-start you phone

@fengshop  Login into your account does you account show Active? If no, click on the reactivate option and restart your phone.

I just thought I'd also mention... because until recently I didn't know... but checking your voicemail can also use minutes, so if you've been getting voicemails that you've been checking, then this could have eaten through some of your minutes as well.

April 30, you paid $10 and use it for 30 days.

You did not paid your renewal on May 30.

May 31, you paid $10 to re-activate your suspended plan.

Today.  You cannot call and receive calls or send and receive text.  Am I right?

 

Login to your self-serve account.

Is your account still active on your overview page?

If yes, do you see the following lines on your overview page?

50 International Outgoing Texts and Unlimited Incoming Texts
0  /  50 Unit
Limited Canada-Wide Talk
2  /  50 MIN

You have used all 50 minutes if you do not see the talk line.

You have used all 50 outgoing text if you do not see the texts line.

Can you see them ? It can be used very quick!!

If yes try to reach the moderator here for more help https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 but waiting time is few hours to 2 days. Be patient.

Are you sure you still have minutes in your account? And texts? You can see that in the first page of your self-serve account in PLAN/ADD-ONS. If nothing is written that's because you used them all.
