I understand the style of Public Mobile being self-serve and using the community for help.

But, having a number for PM customers to call one day a week will leave everyone with a piece of mind.

They way you can cover the cost, is by having a call center to old PM members six days a week, rather than seven.

It have been more than a week and nothing has been resolved yet. More than that, they don't even reply!
