what I as a customer would like to see is a application of public mobile for phones. Where you can easily accessed your account on the go without going to internet searching the site and loging in. Also in this app customer could easily top up with their debit/ credit cards. This idea will be more practical for those who are contanstly on their cell, and with one click can accessed their accounts

I'd love one too, but I definitely would not want to pay more for it. Looking at my self serve on mobile does the job.

Yes please. We need an iPhone app to manage as well keep track of our data usage. I hate sitting in front of the computer to do that 😃

I just create a web link on my home screen for Public Mobile. Just choose, add to home screen, on on iOS.

Okey. I'm really just trying to bump this post back up. We really need an account management app. Customer service would also be so much easier with an app that has ability to IM. Neither of these ideas are new but with PM doing some really weird things lately, this would be a good peace offering to us.

Maybe if we add a few hundred more posts before December,  PM will give us a Christmas present.
