Hello,

There are 2 long-distance add-ons. One is restricted to Canada/USA.

The other add-on includes Canada, USA, plus 18 overseas locations. They are: China France Germany Greece Hong Kong India Italy Malaysia Mexico Poland Portugal Puerto Rico Singapore South Korea Spain Thailand United Kingdom Venezuela. It makes no difference if a call is made to a mobile or landline phone. Neither add-on is time-limited, and expires only when the last second is used.

Public Mobile works a little different from the other carriers in that they will not let you use stuff that isn't in your plan. If you do not have international minutes, you cannot call international numbers. In my opinion this is better than calling an international number only to realize at the end of the month you just made a 5$ a minute call for two hours.
