I don't think they will implement this, as the whole idea of the community forum is for the customers to help each other. The reason we can get good deals on our phone plans is that they don't have to have an enourmous staff to take care of us all!
If the community doesn't believe we can help a customer, someone provides an easy link for them to contact the moderators.
In such cases, when the customer searches the forum for "porting number not working" for example, they will find helpful threads that give advice and a link to contact moderators. In fact I did just that when I signed up recently!
The oracles asked for this and more and were turned down. I was pushing hard back then for a guided posting process for new community members. No luck.
