If PM were to do this, if PPL Lost their handsets or handsets were stolen, and they needed to use the Lost/Stolen icon, CC Auto-Pay would Automatically be Disableed until a Replacement handset or if Handset was found, Would be more easier than needing to click the Lost/Stolen icon, then find Payment and Disable Auto-Pay

Would save ppl time with all-in-one Sequence

I beg to differ with your post.

 

If a customer were to enable Lost/Stolen Phone, service would be automatically suspended, and so would auto-pay.

 

According to your post, if one were to enable Lost/Stolen Phone, one would need to disable auto-pay.

Actually, @Martin, I must Point this OUT.

 

If Someone has to Suspend their Line if Handset was Lost/Stolen, They have to also Disable the Auto-Pay as a 2nd Step

 

Why Not have it all in 1 Step, Where Once you Suspend Service IF ONE had to Report Handset Lost/Stolen, It also Switches OFF the Auto-Pay, so PPL can rest at ease.

 

PPL do sometimes Forget to disable Auto-Pay too

 

This Helps save them Time, All in ONE Step, Instead of TWO Steps
