I tend to notice on Self-Serve that when Plans expire or are active, sometimes one cannot 100% tell.
And when plan expires, at least a Red message tells you.
Have this idea, sounds funny, but perhaps more logical:
When Plan is active, Green light means plan is in play.
When you reach the last week or last few days prior to plan expiry, perhaps have amber to state this, and of Course Red to state Plan is expired, like a Traffic light.
Just to make easier way to read status of plan.
But, Also, when Plan is expired and you enter voucher or CC to pay, a better message relay is needed so PPL know if Payment was accepted, and of course if One wants to change plan, a better method
