When I read that a PM client receiving a Txt from PM about a Prepaid Credit Card Contest, I realized that PM needs to better relay and thought of this:
When PM announces any Promos, Contests or anything of that nature, aside from the PM community, FB and Twitter Pages that PM has, PM should, when using the Txt method, have an official PM Short Code so that PM ppl can determine as authentic, as well as the name of the PM Employee who sent the Message so that we know that its not some spamming or phishing expedition
Just my way of thinking of solutions for all
