Hi. I had this Idea to share:
If, example, you already had a CC registered and set for auto pay, and CC expired, and you forgot to update that, being able to Use an alternate CC when calling *611 so that you can have service back up and running w/o either heading to a voucher location or having little time to update CC info on Self Serve.
Saves Time and very efficient for times like these
