I think this can be a great thread for people too take notice at how many people get screwed by big telecom me my self have been and many more and a welcome thread so people can welcome them too the forums is a cleaver idea as well
This is a forum for customer service and resolving issues. I don't think it is a place to have a general chit chat area.
