I was just reviewing the times listed in my self-serve account's Usage History.
I brought this matter to PM's attention many months ago; I'm hoping that it will be effectuated this time.
At present, times are listed as 6:12, 8:48, and, for example, 11:30. I have no idea if those calls, web sessions and texts occurred in the am or pm.
Would it be possible for PM to add am and pm, or use the 24-hour clock so that 6:12 becomes 06:12 or 18:12, 8:48 becomes 08:48 or 20:48, and 11:30 becomes 11:30 or 23:30?
