Wind also has 'unlimited data', but caps their 'full speed' at a certain limit that you choose in your plan, then throttles back the speed to 128kb for the rest of the month after you've used all your full speed.
I personally don't know how I'm going to even come close to using 4 GB of data in 30 days... I'm currently on the 6 GB over 90 days, and with 35 days remaining, still over 4 GB remaining in my plan.
To my thinking, this 12 GB over 90 days is already unlimited. I know it's not... but for me, it's close enough.
My concern with unlimited bandwidth here is that either pricing needs to go up to pay for the infrastructure to accomodate it or network speeds will suffer from oversaturation.
