I would like to suggest a bank ATM-like self-serve computer terminal in various locations where cutomers can process new sim card requests and then the terminal would dipense a sim-card.
This is ideal for those who loose their phone or damage their sim card.. they can go to a terminal near them and pick up a new sim. As we all know, right now it could take a week or more to
